Research/Consultant Agency to Conduct Baseline Survey for Rhino Horn Campaign

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research/consultant agency to conduct baseline survey for rhino horn campaign in Hanoi and HCMC.

Could you please study the details in the attached files and send us your technical proposal & quotation paying attention to the followings:

1.Use attached PSI quotation form No. SVC-14-12 including Financial proposal template
2.Properly sign and stamp your quotation & technical proposal
3.Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelops
4.Indicate outside the envelop with: “Technical Proposal – Rhino horn survey in Hanoi & HCM No. SVC-14-12” & “Quotation - Rhino horn survey in Hanoi & HCM No. SVC-14-12”
5.Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11 Floor, VINAFOR Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & quotation is July, 24th 2014. Proposal & quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
