Technical Consultants to Support Development of Master Plan on Reform of Social Assistance in Vietnam

The project Support to the improvement of the social assistance system, in the period 2013-2016”, supported by The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), line ministries, sectors and selected provinces for the improvement of the social assistance system in Vietnam.

To support MOLISA, the project "support to reform of the social assistance system" (SAP) in the period of 2013 – 2016, supported by UNDP expects to recruit a core technical consultant team, including 4 high level national consultants (1 leader and 3 members), experienced in developing policy proposals, programs related to social protection/social assistance and poverty reduction to support the Social Protection Department/MOLISA throughout the process of building the master plan on social assistance reform, period 2015 - 2030.

This activity to support the Social Protection Department/MOLISA to develop the overall technical assistance framework and the specific methodology for each content related to development of the master plan of SA reform, period 2015 - 2025, vision to 2030 and colligate input report for the master plan.
