POSITION TITLE: Managing Co-Director, VUFO-NGO Resource Centre
LOCATION: La Thanh Hotel, 218 Doi Can, Hanoi, Vietnam
RESPONSIBLE TO: The Steering Committee of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Three permanent full-time staff, two long-term international volunteers, part-time contractors (accountant, interns, etc.); and Vietnamese volunteers
PROBATION: This position is subject to a standard probation period of 3 months
APPRAISAL: An initial performance appraisal and review will be carried out on completion of the three month probationary period by an Appraisal Sub-Committee or individual Steering Committee members appointed by the Steering Committee, followed by annual performance and appraisal review thereafter

The People's Participation Working Group (PPWG) was established in 1999 as one of the partnership groups, and it provides an informal forum for organisations and professionals - including donors, government employees, NGOs, project managers, consultants, researchers - to meet and exchange information and ideas on issues relating to people’s participation, grassroots democracy and civil society. Participants are encouraged to share information relevant and interesting to other members of the network.

Aid Monitoring Group (AMG)
Background
In June 2007, the Aid Monitoring Group (AMG) was initiated by a group of international and Vietnamese NGOs, who have been involved in aid effectiveness activities and the official development assistance (ODA) agenda for several years.
Other Working Groups & Partnerships
