National Consultant to Support the Mid Term Review Mission in February – March 2009
Within the frame work of the Development Cooperation between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Royal Kingdom of Belgium, the Vietnam – Belgium Training Facility project (VB-TF) aims at supporting Vietnamese nationals to participate in education and training programs, seminars and workshops of international standard, organized in Vietnam or other ASEAN member states.
The VB-TF is seeking for a National consultant to support the Mid Term Review mission in February – March 2009. The National consultant is to work 2 weeks full time to collect information, provide advice on the local context as well as to assess the project achievements together with the international consultants. The work may require short travel within the country.
