- The operating NGO exists already
- It is recognised nationwide by the VN government and has all relevant autorisations from Paccom
- The project has to be sustainable and relevant in a given context
- Duration of the project = 1 to 2 years max.

Geographical priority : none

Deadline for submission : 22/12/11

GRANT: Call for Proposal 'Participation for Governance in Food Security'

Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam would like to inform you that their Headquarters just published the guidelines for a global call for proposals entitled 'Participation for governance in food security'. It aims to strengthen the capacity of producers' organisations (farmers, pastoralists, fisherfolks and fish farmers) to reinforce their participation in policy-making, having an impact on food security and nutrition.

The budget for this call amounts to EUR 20 000 000, funded from the Food Security Thematic Programme (FSTP).

Call for Expressions of Interest - Vietnam Blended Learning Program (VBLP) Grant – Round 5

The World Bank invites organizations to apply for VBLP Grant Round 5 sponsored by the Australian Government’s Aid Program (AusAID) through the management of Vietnam Development Information Center (VDIC).
The purpose of this VBLP Grant is to support local institutions’ projects through the use of innovative learning methodology in their education and training programs. Specifically, selected institutions are expected to:
1. Use Information Communications Technologies (ICTs), such as video-conferencing and multimedia tools and resources, to increase knowledge sharing with specialists and practitioners nationally and internationally;

FLOW: Funding Leadership and Opportunities for Women

FLOW is a new fund of 70 million Euros initiated by the Dutch Foreign Ministry to strengthen the rights and opportunities for women and girls worldwide. FLOW will focus on three priorities: security (including violence against women and UN Resolution 1325), economic empowerment (with an emphasis on food security, land, water and economic rights) and political participation. In these three priorities female leadership is seen as an important instrument. NGOs that meet the criteria as specified in the application documents are welcome to apply for a FLOW grant.
