This course is designed for those who are learners of socio-political organizations, professional association-sponsored centers and non-governmental organizations. The participants can also be project officers and managers who provide organizational support to the above organizations.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to conduct analysis of the organizational external and internal environments to develop strategies in order to develop their organizations and/or work units.

Viet Passion is pleased to announce that it will again be organising a 5-day training course on "SKILL WRITING PROPOSAL IN DEVELOPING PROJECTS" in September in Hanoi. This course will be given by Vietnamese trainers, in Vietnamese language.

A Self Development Program for Leaders

Unesco Centre for International Education (UCIE) is pleased to announce that it will again be organising a 3-day training course on Self Managing Leadership (SML) in September 2008 in Hanoi. This course will be given by an international trainer in the English language.

The original SML course was developed by Brian Bacon, founder and president of the Oxford Leadership Academy, a world class global organization working with large organizations in strategic management. Its purpose was to assist managers to cope better with change and improve their leadership qualities by improving their abilities to manage themselves.

Within the framework of the training courses offered by the Center for International Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (mashav), the Embassy of Israel  is pleased to inform that there are some short courses in Israel and scholarship available for the Vietnamese senior official.

The course “Climate Change and Desertification processes” will last for 19 days from December 7th to December 26, 2008 in Tel Aviv.

The course “Intensive Vegetable production under protected condition” will last for 3 weeks from December 1st to 22nd, 2008 in Tel Aviv
