Disability Working Group, HCMC - Report of the Needs Assessment of Organisations & Groups supporting People with Disability In HCMC ( October 2010)

In August 2010 the HCMC Disability Working Group members decided to carry out a Needs of Assessment of organisations supporting people with disabilities that are based in HCMC and areas.
