The CBCCI Launching Workshop!

On 3rd Jun 2016, CCWG organized successfully the workshop namely ”Closing the Gap. Linking Bottom-up and Top-down Climate Change Responses to Better Address Vietnam’s Adaptation Needs” to launch  the Community-based Climate Change Initiatives (CBCCI) report and policy brief in order to inform this publication to a wider public and the Vietnamese media.

Four speakers from Department of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change (DMHCC), two international consultant and senior advisor from Christian Aid Philippines had the technical presentations about new ways for climate change adaptation in Vietnam under the Paris Agreement and explore linkages between CBCCI, the Paris Agreement, and national climate change policy.
