Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has decided to allocate 17,024 tons of rice for six poor districts in the northern province of Ha Giang for the 2016-2020 period. The sum included 1,924 tons of rice which was approved earlier under decision No. 2344/QD-TTg, issued on Dec 1 2016. The government leader requested the People’s Committee of Ha Giang to deliver the rice to poor families in accordance with current regulations. He also assigned the Finance Ministry to team up with authorities of Ha Giang province to ensure enough volume in accordance with the government chief’s decision.
