National Consultants to Carry out the Final Evaluation

The Trust Fund for Forests (TFF) is a multi-donor trust fund to address sectoral priorities to achieve the protection of the environment, improve livelihoods of people in forest dependent areas and enhance the contribution of forestry to the national economy.

TFF is seeking short-term consultants including six national consultants (three groups of consultants are preferable) to carry out the final evaluation of three projects as below:

- Two national consultants for maximum 38 working days (20 days for team leader and 18 days for member) to carry out the final evaluation of projects “Improved Forest Protection and Species Conservation in Dak Nong - with emphasis on Nomascus gabriellae (yellow cheeked gibbon) and Bos gaurus (Bos Gaur)” [1]

- Two national consultants for maximum 33 working days (18 days for team leader and 15 days for member) to carry out the final evaluation of projects “Development of Informative Database on  Payment for Forest Environmental Services in Vietnam (DPFES)” [2]

- Two national consultants for maximum 33 working days (18 days for team leader and 15 days for member) to carry out the final evaluation of projects “Building database on tree seeds in Vietnam (SEEDS)” [3]

The duty station: Hanoi based & the fields.

The evaluation is expected to start on June 2015.
