“The project on Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor in Ha Tinh province (SRDP Ha Tinh) funded by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), covers 10 districts of Huong Son, Huong Khe, Vu Quang, Duc Tho, Nghi Xuan, Can Loc, Loc Ha, Thach Ha, Cam Xuyen, Ky Anh in Ha Tinh province. The project starts from 01/01/2014 to 31/12/ 2018. Our project is currently in need of hiring a national consultant group to conduct the study and planning district Value Chain Action Plan in Huong Son district.
