I. Background:
In 2020, WCS has automated some of its forms and templates relating to finance, procurement and human resources using VbA in order to reducing errors, increase accuracy and productivity in its transaction processing.
After almost two years of implementation, realizing that those tools can be further improved by continuing the automation, using a more advanced programming language and/or integrating difference works in different stages, WCS is now in need of a consultant to provide solutions and advices and implementation of integration and advance automation.
II. Objectives:
Review current WCS VbA forms and templates, discuss and propose on possible improvement to minimize errors causing by new user. In co-operation with finance team, discuss and find solutions and propose improvement and further automation/integration for current forms and new forms.
Using C# programming language or equivalent for piloting PAR and propose a plan for moving from VbA to the new programming language.
Automating logistics tools for training/workshop.

Automating logistics tools for training/workshop: Check-in/Check –out, calculation of allowance for participants, participant list, number of rooms used, Payment solutions or non-cash payment…
Bank transfer, Salary allocation, core-cost allocation, PAR forms are improved with errors minimized
VbA form of Cash Request Form, Budget Narrative and PIT reconciliation are completed

IV. Requirements (selection criteria):
University degree in Information and Technology or related fields.
Certification in VBA excel or equivalent.
Solid and practical knowledge and experience in VBA/Excel macro/Excel
At least 5-year working experience in IT. Experience in doing similar works for INGOs or companies is an advantage.
Have strong analytics and problem solving capabilities
Organizational and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Understand WCS’s system, Forms & templates
Basic English is required.
