Implementation of the project for “Strengthening the impact of Public Administration Reform in Ha Tinh province” was assigned by Vietnam Government to Ha Tinh PPC at Letter No.1531/TTg-QHQT dated September 25, 2012. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund.
The project aims at following objectives (i) the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Ha Tinh province fundamentally improved; and (ii) the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism fundamentally improved.
In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2014 approved by UNDP, Ha Tinh PAR PMU plans to recruit an equipment supplier for the pilot and operation of the software for OSS/IAOSS at district and commune levels
Work location: In Ha Tinh city and other locations required by Project Manager and National Project Director.
