The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.
Under Resolution No. 76/2014/QH13 and Decision No. 2324/QD-TTg dated 19/12/2014 by Prime Minister and action plan for implementation of Resolution No. 76/QH13, it is designed that Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will lead the cooperation among the line minitries to study and develop production development support policy for poor and near poor households for the whole country through the two National Targeted Programs: National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction and National Targeted Program on New Rural Development for the period 2016-2020.
PRPP project needs to recruit 03 independent national technical consultants (1 team leader and 2 team members) to support to the Development of a consolidated pro-poor production support policy and proposal for harmonized guidelines/implementation mechanism for production support components in the NTP-SPR 2016-2020.
