CRS is looking for a group of consultant for ICT pilot implementation – Inclusive Education Project with attached scope of works [1]
Requirements:
The consultant group must have minimum of 03 consultants with capacities and requirements as follows:
1.1.The lead consultant:
- The lead consultant is required to have 3 years of working experience in the education sector, preferable in MOET related projects, especially in projects supporting children with disabilities;
- The ability to coordinate the consultant group, to have experience in coordinating and reporting on the implementation between the Project Management Board and involving parties such as DOET, schools; education consultants;
- Facilitation, monitoring and report writing skills;
- Master or PhD degree in education
- Understanding and knowledge of education of CWDs is preferred;
1.2.Team member consultants: the team should have consultants with the following specific requirements:
- Specialist of IT and Philology grade 6, preferred experience in teaching experience for CWDs
- Specialist of special education, with children with visual and hearing impairments in secondary schools.
- Specialist of IT to install special software to support CWDs in learning and solve issues related to distance learning
- At least one consultant with sound experience in teacher training and facilitation;
- Preferred experience in delivering distant learning for on line and offline support
- Bachelor or Master degree in education.
