Organization: Plan in Viet Nam is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant or firm to conduct a final evaluation for the Keeping girls in School (KGIS) in Ha Giang Project, from January to April 2018. We prefer the consultant be experienced in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis and evaluation. The main objectives of the final evaluation are the following:
- To evaluate impact and progress towards achieving the objectives of the project;
- To reflect and learn from what has worked well and what has not, and the reasons why, so as to inform the next phases of the project;
- To identify lessons learned and provide recommendations for replication and scale-up for future similar projects.
