Plan International Vietnam is seeking a Local Consultant to conduct field surveys, Data Analysis and report for the End Evaluation CS WASH Fund Project in Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Kon Tum Province. This evaluation is co-operation between Plan International Australia (PIA) and 4 Plan Country Offices (COs) of Plan International in Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan and Malawi.
The consultant in Australia is The Leader of the evaluation to develop technical of survey and co-operation with 4 Local consultant Teams of 4 COs to conduct the Final report Vietnamese firms interested and able to provide the finance proposal and logistical support for this survey are invited to submit a proposal no later than 17 August 2017 which addresses the scope of work described in the attached document.
The period of the survey from week 4th of August 2017 to the 3rd week of September 2017.
