Aid for Social Protection Program Foundation Vietnam (AFV) is implementing project“Building disaster resilient communities in Mekong Delta, Vietnam” that is co-funded by ActionAid Vietnam and Bread for the World (BfdW) for 2 years 2017 and 2018. The project is looking for Consultant to conduct research on negative impact on climate change of vulnerability in 3 provinces including Soc Trang, Tra Vinh and An Giang in October and November 2017.
