Save the Children started our work in Vietnam in 1990, and implements programs in the key thematic areas: Education, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection, Child Rights and Governance, Child Poverty, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Emergency Response. At present, Vietnam Country Office has programs in 20 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

We are looking for a consultancy team to lead the mid-term performance evaluation.
Key Competencies:
- Master degree in Education, development and/or related fields;
- Strong understanding of education for ethnic minority people in Vietnam together issues of health and nutrition, adolescent development
- Proven experience regarding bilingual education and learning assessment in preschool and primary education.
- Extensive experience in organizing field work, conducting study/ research on education programme, especially project effectiveness’ evaluation, impact assessment, to provide strategic recommendations for continued support/development of programming
- Demonstrated analytical, communication and report writing skills;
- Good experience and knowledge in development issues;
- Fluency in written and spoken English
