INTERNAL AUDITOR

The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the School Readiness Promotion Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant services for Internal Auditor.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include:
Objectives: The main objective is to develop implementation roadmap for relevant agencies to consider establishing internal audit function in the education sector.
Qualification Requirements:
- University graduate in accounting, auditing, candidates with professional certificates such as CPA, ACCA are preferred.
- Have at least 7 years’ experience in internal audit or independent audit in field of public finance; having similar internal audit experience from Asian countries and from international auditing firms is preferred.
- Auditors should have financial and auditing knowledge and capacity;
- Candidate having knowledge and experience in field of finance, accounting and auditing in education sector is preferred.
Working time
- Duration: 6 months.
- Type of work: part-time
- Tentative starting date: July 2016.
