NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF NATIONAL CONSULTANTS (Re-launched)
The Facility for Capacity Building project is a part of the Vietnam - Belgium 2011-2015 Indicative Cooperation Program that aims to improve the quality of human resources of Vietnam through strengthening the innovative and the management skills and capacities of Vietnamese individuals and targeted institutions. The project is jointly implemented by the Belgian Development Agency (BTC) and the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MOET).
The FCB PMU is seeking national consultants with suitable experience and qualifications to carry out assignments of the following positions:
1. National consultant to prepare a project operational manual (POM).
2. National consultant to develop and operate a proper monitoring and evaluation system.
3. National consultant to develop the implementation strategy for short-term training and other embedded capacity building initiatives in Vietnam.
