ActionAid Vietnam is looking for Consultant to undertake the following services:
1. Baseline research for the project funded by the Global Fund for Women in Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh as TOR [1] attached.
2. Baseline survey for Country Strategy Paper VI (2018-2023) conducted in LRP 11 (Hai Phong) and LRP 21 (Ho Chi Minh) with details as TOR [2] attached.
