Organisation and project description:
Plan International is one of the world’s largest children’s International NGOs, working with children and poor communities in 50 developing countries across Africa, Asia and the Americas to promote child rights, mainly in area of education, child protection and participation, health, water and sanitation, disaster risk management and youth vocational training. Plan has no religious or political affiliations.
Disadvantaged Youth Vocational Training in Hanoi is a 3 - year project (2015-2018), being implemented in two Vocational Training Colleges including Hanoi Vocational Training College (HIVC) and Construction Urban Works College (CUWC). The project’s overall goal is to increase disadvantaged youth employment and generate their income through creating favorable conditions for disadvantaged youth to accessing quality vocational training and job replacement. We are looking for experienced, qualified and motivated Vietnamese candidates for Midterm Review, attached TOR [1].
