The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province and Department of Trade and Industry
The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Global Affairs Canada. The project is implemented from 2014 to 2020. The final objectives of the project are to increase the number and enhance the competitive capacity of SMEs in Tra Vinh.
The project has three components:
- Component 1: Develop SMEs
- Component 2: Build small scale infra -structure works supporting SMEs development.
- Component 3: Build capacity of public sector supporting SMEs development.
SME Tra Vinh Project and Department of Trade and Industry are now issuing a request for a price offer for Bidding package 18 (2018): "Support the orientation of trade promotion activities and attraction of investment for key industries of the province". ToR [1] is attached for details.
