We are looking for a Vietnamese consultant to assess of the ECCD Quality Learning Environment (QLE) Assessment for Sponsorship-funded Program in Lao Cai, Vietnam
Key Competencies:
• Education background with teaching degree ( college or university)
• Experience in early childhood care and development
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Good at riding motorbike
• Familiarity with Lao Cai region – people and the culture; preference would be given to candidates from Lao Cai
