The UNDP Viet Nam seeks 01 International consultant for Project “Support to Public Administration in HCM City, 2008-2011”.
UNDP has been supporting the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC PC) to implement a project entitled “Support to Public Administration in HCM City, 2008-2011”. The overall development outcome of the project is to build the capacity of the Ho Chi Minh City Local Authority (HCMC People’s Committee) in planning and management so that they are better able to achieve equitable and inclusive socio-economic growth and environmentally sustainable development.
The Consultant is expected to:
- Ensure the linkage amongst the project’s outcomes and the coordination amongst the project activities, of which the 3 main components including Capacity Building (CB), Performance Criteria System (PCS), and Public Services Agreement (PSA) which are in need of being closely connected in terms of contents and proposals for implementation;
- Provide comments and advices on the approaches and technical contents of the 03 main project components.
- Support to other related project activities in which international expertise is required.
