You are informed that the EU Delegation launched today a call for proposals for Non State Actors and Local Authorities for Actions in Vietnam. They attach herewith the guidelines and the application form to the present message for your information and would ask you to kindly disseminate this information among potential applicants being Non-State Actors and Local Authorities. An information session is planned to take place in the premises of the EU Delegation on 5 February 2010.
