With funding support from President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Family Health International (FHI) Vietnam issues this call for expressions of interest (EOI) from agencies to conduct an analysis of FHI-supported HIV program costs related to other program data, and the calculation of Disability-Adjusted-Life-Years (DALYs), and to institutionalize this work in to FHI program monitoring and evaluation system.
The specific objectives of this project are:
- To analyze program costs, unit-costs and DALYs in HIV prevention, care, and treatment sites supported by FHI Vietnam
- To make recommendations regarding the institutionalization of these analyses in the FHI program monitoring and evaluation system.
