[Watsan-wg] Recuitement of national consultants for designing mannual for low-cost hygienic latrines and developing a plan to integrate HIV/AIDS into WSS activities

Dear RWSSP's Partners,
In the framework of the Technical Assistance Project under the National Target Program on rural water supply and sanitation 2006-2010 supported by Danida and Ausaid, the Preventive Medicine and Environment Department/Ministry of Health is recruiting 2 national consultants for designing the mannual on low cost hygienic latrines and 2 national consultants for development of a plan to integrate HIV/AIDS into water supply and sanitation activities. 

For 2 national consultants designing the mannual on low cost hygienic latrines:The proposal format can be obtained and submitted from 27/10/2009 to 10/11/2009 during working hours at Suite 804, Health and Environment Division/ Preventive Medicine and Environment Department/ Ministry of Health (Alley 135 Nui Truc str, Ba Dinh, Hanoi). 

I am sending enclosed herewith the TOR and letter in Vietnamese from MOH to call for proposals. 

We highly appreciate your help to circulate this information to those who are qualified and interested in.
