[Watsan-wg] WASH Working Group revised TOR and the next meeting on 18 March 2010 at NGO Resource Centre

Firstly, we would like to apologize to all of you for not being able to 
organize the Working Group meeting on time as our schedule by the end of 
January.
It was a busy month within tet Holiday Prepairation. I hope to have your 
sympathy on this issue!

We are please to inform you that the core group members of WSSWG now 
includes of
SNV (Bruck Aregai-Chairman), BORDA (Joege Hauke), CWS (Ngo Quoc Dung), 
NGORC (Thu
Ha, Jeannie), RWSSP- MARD (Pham Bich Ngoc, Emeline Cammack), NTP
II advisor (John Pinfold), PLAN (Nguyen Quy Hoa), CHILDFUND (Tran Thi 
Kieu Hanh), Lene Jensen -- MoH Advisor

The Chairman and Core Group members had a meeting on 28 January 2010 to 
revise Group TOR and discuss the group work plan in 2010
(Please find attached of meeting notes and Revised TOR for your 
comments). The Core Group pointed out 4 areas we should focus on

1. How to go from project scale to program scale: Experiences from 
sanitation and hygiene
2. O&M of small water supply systems
3. New technology (low cost, appropriate technologies)
4. Sanitation subsidies -- do they work?

We are very keen to receive your comments and additions to this 
priorities as well as for Group TOR.
Hopefully we can have agreement for both issues in the first meeting of 
the Tiger year 2010.

Please be informed the next meeting will be on 18 March 2010 at NGO 
Resource Centre. The tentative agenda is attached herewith, Any comment 
or addition to the meeting agenda are welcome!
