Please I would like to confirm FrOG Tech Representative Office participation
to the workshop on Rural Sanitation Marketing in Vietnam tomorrow at Horizon
Hotel.

As well I cc Madam Pham Thi Thu Huong who is Chief Technical Advisor from
the UN Habitat Mekong Region Water and Sanitation Initiative (MEK-WATSAN).

Madam Huong is working in Urban Sanitation and so I suggested to her that
basing on my knowledge of the IDE approaches that there is still potentially
some interesting lessons from rural sector for the urban sector.
