Dear ALL,

In the framework of the Technical assistance project under the National Target Program on rural water supply and sanitation 2006-2010 supported by Danida and Ausaid, the Preventive Medicine and Environment Department/Ministry of Health is recruiting 2 national consultants and 4 local consultants who will support technical assistance and monitoring the development of Community Health Club pilot models in 4 pilot provinces: Ninh Thuan, Ha Tinh, Son La, Phu Tho.

For National consultants:The proposal format can be obtained and submitted from 5/10/2009 to 19/10/2009 at Suite 804, Health and Environment Division/ Preventive Medicine and Environment Department/ Ministry of Health (Alley 135 Nui Truc str, Ba Dinh, Hanoi). 

For Local consultants: The proposal format can be obtained and submitted from 9/10/2009 to 23/10/2009 at Suite 804, Health and Environment Division/ Preventive Medicine and Environment Department/ Ministry of Health (Alley 135 Nui Truc str, Ba Dinh, Hanoi).

I am sending enclosed herewith the TOR and letter in Vietnamese from MOH to call for proposals.
