facilitator consultant as follow: 

 

'Save the Children works to promote every child's rights to survival,
protection, participation and development as set forth in the UN
Convention on the Rights of the Child.  One of its program - 'Civil
Society and Child Rights Agenda' is seeking a process facilitator
consultant for the program formulation process (Vietnam based
international consultant or Vietnamese nationality). For more
information on the mission, please refer to the Terms of References and
Formulation Framework. If you are interested in the mission, please send
