[Ict4devwg] Open Source in Vietnam

Hello all-

My name is Lilly Nguyen and I am a PhD student in the Department of  
Information Studies at UCLA. My research focuses on open source in  
Vietnam and Vern encouraged me to email the group to inquire further  
about specific projects. As I am interested in finding a project/ 
organization as a potential fieldsite, would any of you know about  
specific open source projects? My impression is that there may be some  
in the environmental, health sectors, or education sectors, but this  
based purely on impressions rather than specific facts.

Any advice, leads, and information would be greatly appreciated.
