Chuong trinh Ngay Sang tao Viet nam (VID) 2009 voi chu de "Nang cao tinh minh
bach va trach nhiem, giam tham nhung" là mot "hoi tro nho" danh cho nhung y
tuong sang tao tu cong dong nham giai quyet cac thach thuc trong qua trinh phat
trien. Muc tieu cua chuong trinh la nham tim kiem va ho tro truc tiep cho viec
thuc hien cac de an mang tinh sang tao ve phat trien o cap dia phuong co tiem
nang duoc nhan rong trong tuong lai. Chuong trinh nay con tao co hoi co cac  ca
nhan va to chuc trong nuoc va nuoc ngoai co y tuong sang tao duoc gap go, trao
doi y kien, chia se thong tin va kinh nghiem va lien ket voi nhung nguoi co cung
moi quan tam.

Xin tran trong kinh moi anh/chi den du Cuoc thi Ngay Sang tao Viet nam, cac hoat
dong tri thuc, Le khai mac va Be mac, duoc to chuc tai Khach san Horison, 40 Cat
Linh, Ha noi vao cac ngay thu Ba, 12/5 va thu Tu 13/5/2009.

Ngay Sang Tao Viet nam mo cua tu do trong ngay 12/5. Neu anh/chi muon tham gia
vao cac hoat dong tri thuc thi xin dang ky truoc cuoi gio chieu thu Hai,
11/5/2009. Xin gui kem chuong trinh chi tiet va noi dung cac hoat dong tri thuc.

I am writing to invite you to attend the Vietnam Innovation Day Competition, the
Knowledge Exchange and the Closing Ceremony, which will be held in Horison
Hotel, 40 Cat Linh, Hanoi, next Tuesday May 12th  and Wednesday May 13th , 2009.



The Vietnam Innovation Day  (VID) is a "mini marketplace" for innovative ideas
that address local development challenges. It identifies and directly supports
through Innovation Grants small, bottom-up, innovative development proposals
that deliver results, which can then be expanded or replicated. It creates
opportunities for local innovators to meet, exchange ideas, share information
and network with other people responding to the same concerns.



The Vietnam Innovation Day 2009 - "More accountability and transparency, less
corruption" is co-organized by the Government Inspectorate and the World Bank in
Vietnam. Sponsors from the international donor community have made available at
least twenty four prizes up to US$15,000 each, which will be awarded through an
open competition to be held on May 12th.



The Competition is open to the public on May 12. Please make your registration
for the knowledge exchange activities before the end of Monday, June 11, 2009
(please find attached the tentative agenda for the two-day event and details of
the  knowledge exchange activities)
