Joomla! is one of the big three in Open Source CMS (the other one being
wordpress and drupal --> check the extensive study on CMS here

CMS popularity is quite "regional", for instance where I am now, TYPO3 is
the one. Joomla! is immensly popular in asia where it supercedes all others,
I'm not sure why.

In Hanoi you can contact Netnam or iway vietnam they know their job
