Dear All,

Health Policy Initiative Vietnam is looking for individual consultant and/or
local NGO or training institute to design and provide training for capacity
development of PLHA self-help and supported groups (SSG) in Hanoi, Hai
Phong, Quang Ninh, Nghe An, Can Tho, An Giang and Ho Chi Minh city (7 PEPFAR
provinces). Attached is our announcement.

We would appreciate it very much if you could help to pass on the
information to interested individuals and/or organizations.
