Dear Colleagues, 
 
>From 23 to 24 February, Vietnamese network of PLHIV (VNP+) has organized a training on “Develop plan for set up provincial network of PLHIV” with participation of 40 PLHIV who come from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Hue.
 
After the workshop, all provinces have got their own concept of the network, understand on missions of the network. They have identified organizational mechanism of the network as well as identified all challenges during process of setting up the provincial network.
 
The outcomes of the workshop are detail action plan for setting up the provincial network in Hai Duong, Ha Noi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, and North of Middle area (including Hue, Nghe An and Ha Tinh). (Please see the attached file)

Ngay 23,24/02/2009, tai Ha Noi, VNP+ da to chuc khoa tap huan ve "Xay dung ke hoach thanh lap mang luoi cap tinh" voi su tham gia cua 40 thanh vien den tu cac tinh Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh va Hue. 
 
Sau hoi thao cac tinh da dua ra khai niem rieng ve mang luoi cap tinh, hieu duoc nhiem vu cua mang luoi, xac dinh nhung thach thuc trong qua thanh lap mang luoi cap tinh, xac dinh co cau to chuc dieu hanh mang luoi cap tinh cua minh. 
 
Ket qua hoi thao da ra duoc ke hoach cu the chi tiet cho cac buoc thanh lap mang luoi cap tinh Hai Duong, Ha Noi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Bac Mien Trung (Hue, Nghe An va Ha Tinh).

VNP+ xin chan thanh cam on to chuc Care quoc te tai Vietnam da ho tro to chuc hoi thao nay, va da tao dieu kien cho VNP+ huong dan thao luan trong qua trinh hoi thao.
