This is regular meeting of Disaster Management Working Group. below is proposed agenda:

-NDMP presents a matrix ( district wise) of ongoing activities ( including
government support)
-Update by other organisations
2) DRR project/activities coordination: participatory: 30 min
3) Cluster approach for emergency preparedness and response- Ugo Blanco:
30 min
4) AOB 10 min
It would be great if you kindly prepare "one-pager" about your DRR project
given outline below and share in the meeting on 9th September.
Outline:
1) Project name,
2) Working commune and district
3) Project activities
4) Available learning/ education materials to share with others
5) Your expectation from others ( INGOs, partners etc)- 3 sentences maximum
It may help each member to avoid over- lapping and create learning opportunities.
