This is a meeting to share the findings of the assessment teams from Joint Assessment Teams (INGOs) in the three most affected provinces from Storm Kammuri that hit northern provinces of Viet Nam last week: Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Phu Tho.
this meeting will be co-organised by The Central Committee of Floods and Storm Control of MARD (CCFSC) and the UN Natural Disasters and Emergencies Programme Coordination Group
Government officials, INGOs, donors, media and other relevant stakeholders are invited to participate in the event. Representatives from People’s Aid Coordination Committee (PACCOM), Natural Disasters Mitigation Partnership (NDMP) and Disaster Management Working Group (DMWG) will be also present at the meeting and will facilitate the working session.
