Better coordinated capacity building plan for MSM groups and MSM interventions in Vietnam

To explore training needs of MSM groups and projects
To share training plan by technical assistance agencies in MSM interventions
To agree on the needs and plan for capacity building for 2009 for MSM Working Group

9.10 – 9.20 Summary of API report on MSM technical assistance and needs assessment
9.20 – 9.30 Presentation on current mapping on MSM training activities
9.30 – 10.00 Technical assistance agencies share plan for capacity building plan related to MSM (FHI, PSI, CIHP, UNAIDS)
10.00 – 10.30 Discussion on training needs and collaboration framework for capacity building related to MSM (considering what is done/will be done this year and need to be followed-up next year)
10.30 – 10.45 Agree on the capacity building and collaboration plan for MSM Working group in 2009
10.45 – 10.55 AOB: Purple Sky Network meeting July 2008
10.55 – 11.00 Closing
