New DED Publication

The German Development Service (DED) is pleased to announce several new
publications:

These are booklets on the Grassroots Democracy Ordinance and the new Gender Equality Law as well as guidelines for successful project proposal writing.
All are in Vietnamese and target local organizations and institutions at grassroots level.
