INGO Directory

The VUFO-INGO Resource Centre Vietnam INGO Directory is a joint initiative between international NGOs (INGOs) working in Vietnam, the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre and the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO). It was first published in 1991.

The INGO Directory lists detailed information provided by member organisations of the Resource Centre, including their programmes, the provinces they operate in and the programme sectors they operate in. It also lists the contact details for bilateral development agencies, United Nations organisations, embassies, Government Ministries and other Vietnamese institutions. Other information includes breakdowns of international NGO work by province and by sector, official regulations governing international NGOs and information about the People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM), the authority that registers the NGOs.

The INGO Directory is available from the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre in Hanoi. It is free for members of the Resource Centre, while a fee is charged for non-members.
