Next Thursday, April 22, the first INGO Forum of the year will be held from 03:00 PM until 05:00 PM at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre. A detailed agenda will be sent to members through the mailing list in the next couple of days.

Dear Members and Friends: Welcome to the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre Newsletter for 1 - 15 April 2010!  There are three Working Group meetings to come in April: the Child Rights Working Group will meet on April 7 (01:30 PM) at the NGORC; the Capacity Development Working Group will meet on April 13 (02:00 PM) at the NGORC; and the Landmines Working Group will meet on April 16 (02:00) at the NGORC. The Climate Change Working Group met on April 1. Please check the 'Calendar of Events' section of our home page for more details, new added announcements or any unexpected changes.

We are fast approaching the new 2010 Lunar Year of the Tiger, the third sign in the Zodiac cycle, a sign of bravery which is believed to keep away the three main tragedies of a household: fire, thieves and ghosts. The VUFO-NGO Resource Centre would like to wish all our members and friends lots of success, happiness and health in 2010! We look forward to continuing our partnership with you in the new lunar year and we wish you the very best over the Tet holiday period.
