The USAID GIG program, implemented by Chemonics International Inc., is a five-year contract that began in December 2013 and provides technical assistance, training, institutional strengthening, grants, and other direct support to GVN and non-governmental partners. The GIG program is a Government of Vietnam-approved program, working under the Ministry of Justice Project Management Unit through Prime Minister Decision Number 1947/QD-TTg and Minister of Justice Decision Number 404/QD-BTP.
