NEWSLETTER 15 - 31 OCTOBER 2013

Dear Members and Friends:

Welcome to the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre Newsletter for 15 - 31 October 2013.

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Elizabeth Bailes, our new Communications Advisor, recently appointed through Australian Volunteers International. Elizabeth has worked as a journalist, editor, publications manager and public relations consultant. She has extensive experience in writing, editing, professional design and marketing services. During her career Elizabeth worked for Tasmanian Life and several other magazines in Australia. Feel free to contact Liz at <[email protected]> if you need any assistance with communications issues.

At the same time, we are sad to say goodbye to her predecessor Mr. Arthur Hanlon. He has spent last 18 months working tirelessly to improve our communications tools, update our website, moderate mailing lists and strengthen our relationships with all partners. We will miss his infinite enthusiasm, good nature and admirable team spirit. Dear Arthur, thank you for everything you have done and stay well!
