Welcome to the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre's Newsletter for the second half of October!

We invite our member organizations to join the INGO Forum that will be organized on Friday 28 October from 14:00h to 16:30h at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre. Don Tuan Phong and Nguyen Ngoc Hung from PACCOM will co-facilitate discussion about the new regulations for visas and work permits of expatriate INGO staff in Vietnam. We will also talk about INGOs inputs for the upcoming Year-End Consultative Group meeting in December.

We would like to inform all partners that Care International in Vietnam has moved its office on 10 October 2011. Please note that their telephone and facsimile numbers remain the same, while the new address is: 92 To Ngoc Van Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.

There are two Working Groups meetings scheduled in the coming period: the Ethnic Minorities Working Group on 21 October at 8:30; and the Disaster Management Working Group on 21 October at 14:00. Both meetings will take place at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre.
