Welcome to the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre Newsletter for 01 - 15 July 2012.

The VUFO-NGO Resource Centre is supporting an initiative to establish a new working group on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for Development. We hope to promote collaboration in different sectors of ICT for development, with a special focus on ICT in education.

Interested organizations and individuals should contact Mr Jef Peeraer from the Flemish Association for Development Cooperation & Technical Assistance (VVOB) at <[email protected]> and copy Ms Phan Thu Ha at <[email protected]> to join this working group. The VUFO-NGO Resource Centre will organize a start-up meeting in late August or early September 2012.

ADRA in Vietnam has had a new country director, Mr Filip Graovac from 14 June 2012. Mr Graovac's term is for five years. His email address for contact: [email protected].

There is only one Working Groups' meeting scheduled for the first half of July 2012:
- Climate Change Working Group on 05 July at 2:00 PM.

The meeting will take place at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre. Please check the 'Calendar of Events' section on our home page for the latest updates and possible changes.
