New Country Director for SNV Vietnam

Before taking up her position in Vietnam, Ms. Alison Rusinow worked as Country Director for nearly ten years and Assistant Country Director for five years with International NGOs, including SNV Laos, CARE International Laos, HelpAge International Ethiopia and VSO Mongolia.
