Position available
ENV is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Wildlife Trade Program Coordinator who will run a wildlife crimes related project and is responsible for coordinating the development
and execution of ENV’s major wildlife trade in close cooperation with other ENV programs. The Program Coordinator reports directly to Wildlife Crimes Manager and the ENV Management Team

Main responsibilities:
1. Supervise wildlife trade program staff
Supervise up to 10 officers under the wildlife trade program
2. Work closely with Public Awareness Program Manager on awareness campaigns
Help design and develop public awareness campaigns; organize meetings, workshops, surveys, and other public events
3. Coordinate major investigations and campaigns
Coordinate major ENV field investigations and campaigns
4. Wildlife Crimes Unit southern & central Vietnam satellite office:
Help establish and supervise a satellite office of the ENV Wildlife Crime Unit aimed at supporting efforts to combat wildlife crime in southern & central Vietnam.

Requirements:
- Vietnamese with university degree
- Excellent English (both verbal and written). Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills required
- Dynamic person with strong organization, management and coordination skills
- Good critical thinking
- Competency in the basic office computer programs
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to details
- Ability to liaise with government counterparts, police, and customs at the management level
- Experiences on high-responsibility positions preferred
